Hi we are using FRx 6.7 with AX5.
A new budget has been created in AX but does not appear as a book code in FRx.
I have tried deleting the G32 files and rebuilding the indexes but the book
code does not appear.
Any fresh ideas would be most appreciated.
The ledger budget table is populated in AX and the data is setup the same
way as the previous budget but does not appear in FRx.

Please help.

Review the budget ID. The budget ID must meet certain criteria for Microsoft
FRx to successfully recognize the budget. If the budget ID does not meet the
criteria that is listed in this section, you must re-create the budget. For
more information about how to re-create a budget, see the general ledger
documentation.

The budget must meet the following criteria: • The budget ID must not be
“ACTUAL”. Microsoft FRx uses the book code of ACTUAL to distinguish between
transaction data and budget data.
• The budget ID must not contain SPACE characters.
• The budget ID must not contain any non-alphanumeric characters, such as $,
&, -, and *. The only acceptable non-alphanumeric character is an underscore
character (_).
